Description

We are seeking a Senior Application Administrator to support and maintain customer-facing banking applications such as internet banking, mobile apps, and middleware. The role focuses on ensuring availability, resolving incidents, monitoring system health, and coordinating upgrades and deployments across Pan-Baltic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the stability and performance of digital banking channels.
  • Monitor applications, logs, and integrations to prevent issues.
  • Investigate and resolve incidents; support change and release activities.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, infrastructure, and security teams.
  • Contribute to automation, root cause analysis, and continuous improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years in application support or IT operations (financial sector preferred).
  • Skills in Java/Spring Boot, Jenkins, Git.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, message queues, and databases (Oracle/SQL).
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (Grafana, ELK, NewRelic).
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and on-call readiness.
  • Fluent English; strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Cloud (AWS) application management experience.

  • Baltics (Hybrid/Remote).
