Senior Software Engineer (React + Java)

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver software solutions for the clients;
• Collaborate with team members on project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables;
• Evaluate tools, frameworks, platforms, and processes to determine the best fit for new projects;
• Share knowledge and know-how of software best practices inside and outside the team;
• Stay on top of the latest technologies;
• Work as part of a team, as well as independently work toward assigned goals;
• Mentor less experienced team members;
• Align with project stakeholders on priorities, and deliverables;
• Be the point of contact for incoming requests.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in the software development field;
• Experience building backend services;
• High personal code/development standards and practices (peer testing, unit testing, code reviews);
• Experience with at least one of the frontend frameworks;
• Experience in cloud environments;
• Knowledge of databases;
• Experience in Agile development environment, willingness to take scrum master role;
• Fluent communication in English.
