Hi,
Thanks for reading my profile.
A little about me, I have over 5 years experience in the HR field at a senior level within large multi-national organsations in the UK. However recently I moved to Lithuania and have decided to follow a new career path - programming. I'm sure you will be asking why? Well I currently do programming as a "hobby" and create websites etc. for fun. I have decided that I want to take this to the next level and gain my first "role" in this field. Although I dont have any formal qualifications in programming please dont let this put you off. I am dedicated to learning and am confident that should you provide me with the correct amount of support and training I will develop into a strong programmer. Understandably this is a risk for any organisation, however I have a can-do attitude and my career history so far has provided me with experience that enables me to be an asset to any organisation.
Roles I would be interested in would be - anything within the HTML/CSS - Javascript and J Query field or any IT related HR projects that I can provide detailed experience from.
As outlined above I dont have a formal qualification in this field (but have a Masters degree from the UK in HR) however, I have completed the Lynda training courses on the above areas.
I look forward to hearing from you and hope to be working within you in the future.
Kind Regards
Callum
