Role Overview:

We're looking for Scrum Master to join public sector projects, contributing to the development, modernization, and creation of digital solutions. This is a unique opportunity to help drive the digital transformation of our public services and make a meaningful impact on society.

Must-Have Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment (minimum 2 years).
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and coaching skills.
• Ability to navigate complex team dynamics and drive outcomes.
• Fluency in Lithuanian is a must.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level, written and spoken).
• Scrum Master certification is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Remove blockers and support the team in staying focused and productive.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Work closely with the System Analyst and stakeholders to ensure backlog clarity and alignment.
• Track team performance and help optimize workflows.
