Freelance Senior CRM Engineer (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Sales)

Our client is expanding their CRM delivery capability and is looking for a Senior CRM Engineer with deep hands‑on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Sales to help build and scale our next‑generation Customer Engagement platform. This role is critical to support their transformation toward an out‑of‑the‑box vendor CRM solution with embedded AI, replacing numerous legacy applications and enabling a modern engagement model.

As a Senior CRM Engineer, you will combine configuration, custom development, integration engineering, and platform operations to deliver a unified, secure, and scalable CRM foundation across the Personal Customers domain.

Responsibilities

• CRM Solution Engineering & Delivery
• • Lead and contribute to design, development, and implementation of CRM solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics / M365 Sales.
• • Configure CRM entities, forms, business rules, process flows, dashboards, and UI
• components.
• • Implement and maintain plugins, custom actions, Dataverse APIs, and JavaScript
• customizations.
• Integration & Data Engineering
• • Build and maintain CRM integrations using APIs, Power Automate Cloud Flows,
• ADF pipelines, and Azure services.
• • Support data-model alignment and ensure secure, consistent data flows across systems.
• Platform Operations & Engineering
• • Ensure stable application infrastructure, environments, monitoring, logging, and
• releases via CI/CD pipelines.
• • Maintain documentation and transparency across CRM deliveries.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• • Collaborate with architects, developers, consultants, SMEs, and system owners
• across Personal Customers.
• • Support engineering best practices and guide CRM developers.
