I have wide and sophisticated knowledge of various aspects of modern IT-infrastructure and desire to progress.

I have the ability to see the big picture and also to “think outside the box”, zoom-in and zoom-out whenever needed, being clear in visualisation and communication.

I have experience in leading changes, both being a formal leader and even without a formal mandate, coaching and mentoring people. Experienced interviewer. Experience in navigating and negotiating with senior Business management.

I have experience of working with globally distributed teams and building of effective communications.

I am continuously developing my competence for keeping the edge in both technology (Cloud, Microservices, Containers, …) and business methods (Lean, Agile, DevOps, …) and a finger on the pulse of where things are moving.


I have a huge passion about lean and agile ways of working on a practical level, reducing overall complexity within IT, reducing IT cost, improving client and user experience, driving innovation and agility, leveraging better use of information.

But, I don’t have any university degrees, please take it into consideration, if you value formal education more than real-life experience :)
