Business Analyst / Systems Analyst

I have been working in IT for about 10 years, ~ 7 years as system / business analyst. Delivered:
- national level eGovernment projects for costumers: State Enterprise Centre of Registers,
Klaipeda State Seaport Authority, Lithuanian labor exchange, Information technology and communications department and others;
- eHealth project for over 30 national health institutions, responsible for laboratory part of the system;
- various private sector projects, related with retail supply chain process flow.

Responsibilities:
- Identifying and gathering customer’s requirements;
- Business processes modeling;
- User interface prototyping;
- Various stage project’s documentation preparation, e.g. requirement analysis/specification, user manual, etc. (UML, BPMN, SysML);
- Costumers requirements management;
- User training;
- Made presentations for customers and described how new business processes looks like in the new system;
- Experience with big teams (>25 people);
- Long development process (~2 years);
- Working in group with team of analysts and alone;
- Daily team meetings running.
