Personal Statement

For most of the time I have been working as a technical consultant with insurance application based on Oracle technologies (DB, SOA) and as integration designer at IBM. I began as a developer and gradually gained consultancy skills. As consultant I found joy to be a bridge between business and IT and impact solutions being implemented. I was able to learn from the best colleagues with many years of experience in implementation projects and consulting. In future I see myself moving to architect role.

My main skill set is in analysis, consulting, architecture and design of various solutions as well as their integration, development. I have worked with standard solution which had to be customized to fit every customer’s needs. Such tasks require close cooperation with business and are perfect for understanding their desires and transforming those into systems functionality, hence I gained a lot of experience, an open minded thinking for flexible problem solving where everything has to be accounted for and well designed.
