I am an IT delivery leader with over 15 years of experience managing enterprise software, SAP/ERP transformation, integrations and service operations across banking, fintech, insurance, government and utilities.

I connect business needs with technical execution, leading international teams from requirements and planning through development, testing, migration, go-live and operational handover. My responsibilities span budgets, resources, vendors, dependencies, risks, stakeholder communication and delivery governance.

My achievements include delivering an SAR 80 million ERP programme, leading a six-person PMO and managing ten concurrent projects while improving on-time delivery by over 30% and reducing delivery costs by 20%. Transformation initiatives also included automation saving approximately 150 hours per month and service improvements contributing to approximately USD 250,000 in annual cost reductions.

My experience includes SAP S/4HANA, SAP Activate, Odoo, APIs, data migration and ETL, supported by Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, Power BI and Tableau. I also bring ITIL service-management experience, hands-on Linux and Windows administration, networking skills and practical use of AI assistants in delivery workflows.
