Pagrindinės atsakomybės

- Reikalavimų ir techninių specifikacijų rengimas
- Komandos darbo koordinavimas, prioritetų nustatymas
- Projekto eigos, pokyčių ir rizikų valdymas bei komunikacija su klientu
- Programinės įrangos kūrimo proceso priežiūra nuo poreikio iki įgyvendinimo
- Projekto dokumentacijos ir ataskaitų rengimas
- Procesų tobulinimas ir efektyvumo didinimas
Tikimės, kad tu:
- Išmanai IT projektų valdymo metodikas (Agile, Waterfall ar kt.)
- Supranti programinės įrangos kūrimo procesus ir technologinį kontekstą
- Gebi verslo poreikius paversti aiškiomis techninėmis užduotimis
- Esi stiprus (-i) komunikacijoje su klientais ir IT komanda
- Turi gerus lietuvių ir anglų kalbos įgūdžius

The Meeting Squad is responsible for solutions that enable advisers and customers to book and conduct both online and physical meetings for financial services consultations. High availability, seamless user experience, and solution quality are critical in this environment.
We are looking for a Senior .NET Software Engineer to strengthen the team and contribute to modernization, cloud-native development, and continuous improvement initiatives within a large-scale international IT organization.
Location
- Hybrid model
- 3–4 days/week onsite in Vilnius, Lithuania
Contract Details
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 6 months from joining + possible extension
- Utilization: 100%
- Hourly Rate: 30–50 EUR/h
Responsibilities
- Refactor and improve existing codebase
- Reduce system and code complexity
- Maintain and enhance existing solutions
- Develop new product features
- Participate in production releases
- Contribute to incident management activities
- Design and develop cloud-native systems
- Write automated tests
- Develop and maintain .NET and Java services
- Mentor and coach junior colleagues
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional international teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with .NET development
- Strong experience with:
- .NET
- Dapper
- ASP.NET MVC
- MSSQL
- MySQL
- Redis
- ElasticSearch
- Experience building cloud-native solutions
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS is a strong advantage)
- Understanding of CI/CD principles
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps is considered a plus
- Strong focus on code quality and maintainability
- Ability to take ownership and deliver independently
- Ability to suggest and discuss technical solutions within the team
- Strong accountability and problem-solving mindset
- Upper-intermediate English skills

- Experience with Java

Senior .NET Developer & Technical Lead | 13+ Years Experience
I have been working as a .NET developer for more than 13 years now, and its kind of crazy how that time adds up. I have handled all sorts of projects, like updating old systems or creating new APIs, and even stuff with CRM and ERP systems plus some mobile apps. That experience feels pretty broad, I guess.
Right now I am the Head of Business IT Development at my job. I started out just as a regular developer and worked my way up to leading the biggest engineering team there. My skills cover the whole .NET world, including RESTful and SOAP services, and things like Progress OpenEdge or React Native. I can also deal with enterprise integrations, so jumping into different projects does not take me long to get going.
There is this MSc I got in Computer Software Engineering from Kaunas University of Technology. It helps with my hands on way of doing software development, focusing on actually delivering things.
I am looking into freelance or contract work these days. I want to use what I know to help businesses with their tech problems, maybe by building new features or fixing up existing ones. Or just giving advice on architecture and how to develop properly at a senior level. I think I am flexible about it, and reliable too, since I really care about making projects succeed. Some might say its easier to stick with full time, but this seems like a good shift for me right now.
